Delivery and Returns
We ship products for delivery from the UK from Monday to Thursday. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed, though in most cases we will ship the same day for orders received before 12pm UK time. Please note that orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. If an order received on a Friday please call to see if we can expediate.
Mainland UK orders are shipped via a next day delivery courier or by Royal Mail depending upon the product and size.
Overseas orders are shipped via an international courier and can take several working days to arrive depending upon the destination. Please also note that you may be required to pay additional customs charges to receive your goods.
We want our customers to love their purchase, but we understand that sometimes you might want to change your mind.
We offer refunds for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Original shipping or gift wrapping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refunds paid.
We aim to process all refunds within seven days of receiving your returned goods. However it can take some time after this for banks and card companies to process the payment. If you are still waiting for a refund, after ten days, please contact your payment provider. If you have done so and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or discounted seconds cannot be refunded.
Marokka sculptures are hand finished and may retail some small marks or idiosyncrasies as a consequence of how they are made. We inspect each sculpture individually and all items despatched are considered to be of an acceptable standard. However if you feel you have received a defective item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and attach a photo of the defect.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email email@example.com.
To return your product, please mail it in the original postage carton to: Marokka, Unit 1 Woodside Business Park, Ingham, Suffolk, IP31 1NR, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items, and these shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of defective goods.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending upon where you live.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, since we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
